Sheeting and moulding line

The sheeting unit consists of a star-shaped dosing hopper, continuous puff pastry moulding extruder, sheeting heads, puff pastry longitudinal trimmer, transverse cutting unit, loaves moulding unit and a series of moulding boards for the final sizing of the loaf. The machines are mechanically very solid, made of stainless steel and fit to work continuously, for many hours, without any break.
