Proofers

The proofers are made of wooden boards covered with cotton fabric, with a rake to support baking pans and tins, “gutter-shaped”, according to the type of product to be used. They are made of stainless steel solid structure complete with state-of-the-art management and control systems for a leavening under ideal thermal-hygrometric conditions. The proofers are equipped with comfortable side corridors in the top, thus allowing the control, cleaning and maintenance operations. The corridors are suitable lighted.
